1. About Krishna Realty
Krishna Realty provides real-estate information and facilitation services, primarily for warehouses, industrial galas, sheds, plots, land and commercial property in Gujarat. Unless expressly stated in writing, we act as a property consultant or intermediary and are not the owner, developer, promoter, architect, lender or legal adviser for a listed property.
2. Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing the website, contacting us or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3. Nature of Website Information

Visitors must follow safety instructions, access restrictions and applicable site rules. Krishna Realty is not responsible for unauthorised entry or failure to follow on-site directions.
7. Independent Verification and Due Diligence
Before paying any amount or signing documents, you should independently verify ownership and title, encumbrances, land use, zoning, sanctioned plans, approvals, RERA registration where applicable, access, utilities, environmental conditions, structural condition, measurements, taxes, dues and suitability for your intended business. Obtain advice from qualified legal, tax, technical and financial professionals.
8. Pricing, Brokerage and Other Charges
Quoted prices or rent are indicative unless confirmed by the property owner in writing. Brokerage, professional fees, taxes, stamp duty, registration charges, deposits, maintenance, utility costs and other transaction expenses may apply. Any fee payable to Krishna Realty will be communicated separately and should be confirmed in writing.
9. RERA and Regulatory Information
For projects governed by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and applicable Gujarat rules, users should verify the relevant registration and project information directly with the competent authority. Nothing on this website replaces disclosures or documents required from a promoter, owner or registered real-estate agent.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, submit false enquiries, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape information at scale, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights or use content for unlawful or misleading activity.
11. Intellectual Property
